Arkansas squandered a halftime lead as Auburn rallied for a 33-24 win Saturday, handing the Razorbacks their fourth straight Southeastern Conference loss.

The Razorbacks (2-6, 0-4 SEC) led 21-10 at the break after Kani Walker’s 89-yard interception return, but Auburn (4-4, 1-4) responded with six second-half field goals and a 49-yard interception return by Rayshawn Pleasant that put the Tigers ahead for good with 9:15 left.

Arkansas committed three turnovers in the fourth quarter and was held to 331 total yards, well below its 514-yard season average. Quarterback Taylen Green threw for 268 yards and a touchdown but was intercepted three times. Rohan Jones led the Razorbacks with 127 receiving yards, and Raylen Sharpe added a second-quarter touchdown catch.

Auburn’s Jeremiah Cobb rushed for 153 yards on 28 carries, and kicker Alex McPherson made six field goals.

The loss marked Arkansas’ 10th consecutive season without a winning record in SEC play. The Razorbacks host Mississippi State next Saturday.
