A West Plains man was killed in an ATV accident Friday night. The 49-year-old man was taken to Ozarks health where he died a few hours later from his injuries.The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) does not release the names of those involved in motor vehicle or boating accidents.
According to the MSPH report, the crash happened when the man’s ATV ran off the roadway, hit the ground and overturned.
The accident happened at 11:00 Friday night on Howell County Road 1770, two miles north of West Plains.
