
The City of Bull Shoals will hold a workshop Tuesday at 6:30 in the City Council Chambers at 706 C.S. Woods Blvd. The meeting is open to the public.
Agenda items include amendments to Ordinance 2026-01, meeting place rentals, storage containers and trash pickup contracts, with proposals submitted by Methvin and MSI.
Council members will also discuss a lawsuit filed by Sutter & Gillham, P.L.L.C., on behalf of Phil Friese involving former city employees, Interim Mayor Carol Duss and former Police Chief Brad Harper, as well as the city’s 2024 audit results.
Additional discussion items include Ordinance 2026-02 establishing a water and sewer maintenance fee, sewer plant pump repairs, installation of SCADA systems at remaining lift stations, and Ordinance 2026-03 addressing the use of golf carts and possible side-by-side vehicles on city streets.
