
Hundreds of St. Louis Cardinals fans gathered at the Embassy Suites in Jonesboro for the Cardinals Caravan, giving fans the opportunity to meet current and former players known for memorable postseason moments.Fans filled the room wearing Cardinal red as they waited to meet players, with Fredbird entertaining fans of all ages ahead of their arrival. The event has become a long-running tradition for many attendees, drawing fans who have attended the caravan for years and continue to pass the experience on to the next generation.
Those attending included St. Louis Cardinals pitchers Riley O’Brien, Gordon Graceffo, and Richard Fitts, along with Memphis Redbirds first and third baseman Blaze Jordan. Cardinals alumni Matt Adams and Alan Benes were also part of the caravan.
Fans asked questions about the upcoming season, including the team’s youth movement following recent trades involving veteran players. Attendees also received autographs and tickets for the upcoming season during the event.
