The Bull Shoals Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Wednesday at 6 in the City Council Room at City Hall.
Items on the agenda include a public hearing on proposed light industrial language, followed by citizen comments limited to that topic and commission discussion and action. The commission will then suspend its meeting to convene a Board of Adjustment variance hearing, which will include a presentation from the owner, public comments limited to the variance request, and board discussion and a decision.
After adjourning the Board of Adjustment, the commission will resume its meeting to review and approve minutes from November and January, take up new business, including a new code book, proposed code changes to add light industrial zoning language, and discussion of federal manufactured home standards.
Old business includes resorts, new letters and enforcement matters. The meeting is open to the public.
