Arkansas welcomes its most frequent all-time opponent to Bud Walton Arena Wednesday night when the No. 20 Razorbacks host Texas A&M. Tipoff is set for 8 on ESPN2.

The series dates back to Arkansas’ inaugural basketball season in 1923-24 and has been played 170 times, making the Aggies the Razorbacks’ most common opponent. Arkansas holds a 108-62 advantage all-time, with those 108 wins representing the most against any single opponent in program history. Since Texas A&M joined the SEC in 2012-13, Arkansas holds a 13-11 edge, including a dominant 10-1 record at Bud Walton Arena.

Billy Richmond III has been a key storyline down the stretch, stepping up in the absence of Karter Knox to score 20 or more points in three straight games after never topping 15 in his first 60 career games. He is shooting 64.6 percent from the field over that span and leads the SEC in field goal percentage in conference games at 59.3 percent.

Coach John Calipari enters the game with 897 career wins, sitting three shy of 900. He would likely become the third-fastest and second-youngest coach in Division I history to reach that milestone.

Looking ahead, Arkansas travels to face No. 7 Florida in Gainesville on Saturday at 7:30 on ESPN, with ESPN GameDay broadcasting from Gainesville that morning. The Razorbacks then return home to host Texas on March 4th at 6 in their home finale.
