
A pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday night on U.S. Highway 62 in Mountain Home.
According to a crash report from the Mountain Home Police Department, the incident occurred around 9:04 p.m. March 3 on Highway 62 East in front of Salsa’s.
Authorities say a 54-year-old Mountain Home woman was driving a 2020 Toyota Highlander eastbound when the collision occurred.
Investigators reported that 58-year-old Brian Keith Goodall of Mountain Home, ran across the roadway in front of the vehicle. The driver told officers she attempted to swerve to avoid the pedestrian but struck him on the driver’s side front corner of the vehicle.
Goodall was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
