Baxter County Retired Teachers Association (BCRTA) will be meeting on Thursday, March 12 at 1:00 pm at the Baxter County Library in Knox Room A.  Our March program is titled “The History of Baxter County Law Enforcement”.  Vincent Anderson, County Historian, will be the presenter.
