An explosion heavily damaged a home west of Mountain Home Wednesday night. No injuries were reported.
According to a report from the Mountain Home Fire Department, when firefighters arrived, they found a small fire in the basement which was extinguished.
The homeowners, Allen and Patty Bell, said the heard an explosion, followed by the fire. The report says the cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
The house is located on Westridge Road, off of West Road.
