Baxter Health has announced its pain management department will now be known as the Baxter Health Pain Clinic.
The clinic will continue to be located at 17 Medical Plaza in Mountain Home. Dr. Ryan Krafft and physician assistant Niger Stice will remain on staff, and Baxter Health officials say an additional physician and several nurse practitioners will soon join the care team.
Baxter Health also announced several providers will be leaving the clinic effective at the close of business March 20. Departing providers include Dr. Mathew McNelley, Dr. Maria Lyuksyutova-Price, Dr. Bryan Slepicka, and advanced practice registered nurses Jessica Dwyer, Lesli Vargas, McKenzie Lively and Stephanie Smith.
Patients who wish to schedule an appointment at the Baxter Health Pain Clinic can call 870-508-5900.
Those wishing to transfer their care to one of the departing providers or another physician can contact the Baxter Health medical records department at 870-508-1292 or submit a request through the medical records section of the Baxter Health website.
Baxter Health officials say they are committed to helping patients through the transition and continuing to provide care for the community.
