Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Beginning Yoga for women, with Angie Bertel, Thursdays 5:15 pm to 6:15pm, held at the (WEC) Wellness Education Center 2545 Hwy 5 North (formerly Simple Man’s). Focuses on stretching, breathing, balance, arthritis, flexibility, relaxation and toning. Register at the door.
