Mountain Home Planning Commission to consider variance, rezoning Monday

The Mountain Home Planning Commission will meet Monday at 1 in the council chambers of the municipal building.

Under new business, commissioners will consider a variance request at 1009 Bluebird Lane, a final plat for the Estates of Big Creek minor subdivision on Sheeks Drive and a rezoning request from C-3 commercial to R-2 residential at 1039 South College Street.

The commission will also consider approval of the extension of Libby Drive.
