Human Resources Coordinator, Full-Time – ASUMH

Arkansas State University–Mountain Home is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Human Resources Coordinator.

Job Requirements/Description:

Responsible for the overall direction of the Human Resources program including planning, organizing and directing all activities of the institution’s personnel program and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.  The HR Coordinator oversees Recruiting & Staffing, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree and three years of related work experience.  Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related degree from an accredited institution, as well as five years of human resource management or related work experience and three to five years of supervisory experience within a Human Resources Department.  Human Resources certification (PHR or SHRM) is preferred.
