(AP) _ Kansas City running back Jamaal Charles is out for Sunday’s game in Indianapolis against the Colts, with Charles having some swelling this week in his surgically-repaired right knee. Chiefs coach Andy Reid says Spencer Ware and Charcandrick West will split the running back duties Sunday.
