
The Mountain Home High School soccer teams began the 6A-East Conference Tournament on a good note Friday night at Bomber Stadium as they were able to sweep Jacksonville.
The Lady Bombers began the evening by shutting out the Lady Titans 10-0. Mountain Home improves to 14-3-2 on the season.
The Bomber boys followed by blanking Jacksonville 5-0. Paul Athicomnanta led Mountain Home with four goals and an assist, Ewan Platt scored a goal and dished out three assists, Florian Oberdoerfer had two assists, Seokwoo Choi added an assist, and Joseph McCoy recorded seven saves. The Bombers are now 15-1 on the year.
Both Mountain Home teams will advance to the conference semifinals on Tuesday.
