Cotter City Council to consider lawsuit settlement in special session

The Cotter City Council will meet in a special session Monday evening at 6:00. The lone item on the agenda is consideration of a possible settlement in the lawsuit filed against the city by the Twin Lakes Recovery Center of Northern Arkansas. The meeting will be held at Cotter City Hall on McLean Avenue.
