A Little Rock woman, 21-year-old Mikila Thomas, has been arrested and charged following an incident in which she and another female allegedly attempted to use stolen credit cards at a Mountain Home retailer.

Thomas was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center Wednesday evening on a $75,000 bond.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Thomas was found in her vehicle outside the business, after she and the second female allegedly fled the store’s self-check register area.

The two females were reportedly having issues with the credit cards they were using. When the two attempted to exit the store, Thomas’ companion was detained and questioned. Thomas allegedly fled the store.

Store video surveillance was obtained, allowing Thomas’ vehicle to be located in the parking lot, with the Little Rock woman inside.

Inside her purse, law enforcement reportedly found gift cards stolen from the store. The credit cards the two were reportedly attempting to use were reported stolen from a vehicle at Baxter Regional Medical Center.

Thomas’ companion provided law enforcement with a fictitious name and date of birth and denied any involvement with the vehicle break-in.

Thomas has been charged with 17 counts of felony forgery and four felony counts of theft of property, as well as four misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief.

Total restitution in the case is $7,282.
