A vehicle reported stolen to Mountain Home Police Friday night was recovered Saturday in Lake Norfork. Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel says a local business says a local business reported the 2004 GMC Denali was left unattended while warming up shortly before 8 Friday night.
Saturday morning the vehicle was found partially submerged in Lake Norfork near Pigeon Creek Bridge by deputies from the Baxter County Sheriff’s office who were acting on information they had received.
An investigation into the theft is continuing, according to Chief Manuel.
