The season came to an end for the Mountain Home High School volleyball team. The Lady Bombers fell 3-1 to Benton, the number one seed from the 5A South, in the quarterfinals of the Class 5A State Tournament at Hot Springs.
Mountain Home lost by scores of 21-25, 25-19, 23-25 and 27-25.
The Lady Bombers end the season with a record of 16-5. Benton advances to the semifinals with a record of 31-3.
