Viola tops Mammoth Spring in baseball, softball

Viola was able to pick up wins over Mammoth Spring Thursday in two different sports.

The baseball game ended with the Longhorns topping the Bears 7-1. Mammoth Springs fall to 2-2 on the season and 2-2 in the 2A/1A-3.

Viola also defeated Mammoth Spring on the softball diamond after a 19-1 decision. The Lady Bears drop to 0-4 overall and 0-3 in the district.
