Basketball makes up the local Monday sports schedule, as the Mountain Home High School girls will have one more preseason tune-up on their home floor. The Lady Bombers will welcome Mountain View to the Hangar for a benefit game. Admission is $4 for all, and spectators will pay at the gate. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Also on the high school level, Flippin hosts Mount Judea, Marshall entertains Timbo, and Rural Special travels to South Side-Bee Branch.
In junior high basketball, Melbourne will send three girls’ teams to Paragould to meet Greene County Tech.
