The growing number of active COVID-19 cases in the Twin Lakes Area has lead to a church and a VFW post changing their plans.
The dance planned Saturday night in Calico Rock at the VFW Post 7730 has been canceled, organizers told KTLO News Thursday.
On Friday, Mountain Home Baptist announced it was closing through July 18 as a preventative measure against the spread of COVID-19. The church will re-evaluate things at that time, it told KTLO News.
