North Arkansas Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for the Operation Round Up scholarship program until Wednesday.
The member-funded Operation Round Up program awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to local graduating high school seniors each year.
Any high school senior who will graduate at the end of the 2022 school year, whose parents or guardians are members of North Arkansas Electric Cooperative are eligible. Applicants must have a high school grade-point average of 3.0 or greater through the first semester of senior year.
The scholarship must be used by the student/recipient to attend, on a full-time basis, an accredited institute of higher learning.
Students must complete the application and provide a high school transcript as well as three letters of recommendation.
Applications and required documents must be delivered or postmarked to NAEC by Wednesday.
Selection criteria is based on scholastic achievement, school involvement, community involvement and financial need.
