A woman was grading her driveway with her tractor when she alleges 63-year-old Wayne Wesley Johnson, her neighbor, rammed her tractor with his Ford F-350 pickup truck numerous times.
According to the affidavit, Baxter county sheriff’s deputies received the call on this assault Tuesday evening in the 700 block of Rough Drive, in Norfork.
The victim recorded the incident on her cell phone. The video shows Johnson parked diagonally across the road blocking it. Johnson is standing outside of his truck yelling at the victim and tries to kick her dog. Johnson gets into his pickup truck and drives toward the victim as she continues to operate her tractor. Johnson then drives his pickup truck alongside and parallel to the tractor. He suddenly turns his truck into the tractor causing extensive damage to the entire passenger side of his truck.
Another portion of the video shows Johnson parked in the road. The victim attempts to drive around Johnson’s truck telling him that she just wanted to get home. Johnson rams into her tractor again causing the rear left tire of the tractor to come off the rim and says, “Ooops, did I do that?”
Johnson later told deputies he was just protecting his property and didn’t want the victim on it.
Johnson was booked into the Baxter County jail for felony aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
His bail was set at $10,000.
