It was not a good day for the local teams competing Thursday in the Arkansas American Legion AAA State Tournament at Conway. Both Mountain Home Lockeroom and North Central Arkansas lost their first games in the double elimination bracket portion of the tournament.
The Lockeroom fell to Paragould 6-2.
North Central Arkansas lost to Cabot 10-0.
