Ozark Eye Center: Administrator/Office Manager

The right candidate must possess strong communication, financial, and HR skills, be detail-oriented, and be efficient at multitasking. They also need a strong billing background. We offer competitive salaries, bonuses, 401K, insurance, and PTO. Minimum 3-5 years experience in medical office setting & 2-3 years in supervisory or management position. Must have knowledge and experience in all aspects of billing, knowledge of regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance, human resource experience in hiring, supervision, and performance reviews, knowledge of HIPPA and labor laws, strong customer service skills, skills in writing policy and procedure, skills in healthcare software, and computer systems, problem-solving and multitasking, knowledge of obtaining and maintaining equipment for the medical setting, knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and banking and must be flexible. Software used is QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Compulink Practice Management, and EMR.
