Anyone in the city of Mountain Home with political signs from Tuesday’s Mountain Home school millage issue and school board race must have the signs removed by Sunday. The only exception are signs for school board candidates Scott Bryant and Scott Booth who are in the June 6th run off election.

Mountain Home City Clerk Scott Liles says city ordinances require all campaign signs be removed by Sunday. Violating the ordinances is a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine for each day the sign remains up.

The signs for Bryant and Booth will need to be removed by June 11th to comply with the ordinances.

Anyone with questions about the city’s sign ordinances can contact Liles at 870-425-5943.
