A woman is facing charges in Fulton County after she allegedly urinated in her underwear, then threw them at a jailer. The incident happened Saturday evening after 58-year-old Misti Alice Hicks of Walnut Ridge was taken to the jail following a traffic stop.
According to the probable cause affidavit, a jailer had taken an unruly Hicks to the shower room to be searched. While undressing, Hicks continued to cry and holler about being in jail. While removing her underwear, Hicks told the jailer she was urinating in them. She then finished taking them off and threw them at the jailer. The affidavit does not indicate if the jailer was hit by the undergarment.
Hicks picked up a felony charge of aggravated assault on a correctional facility employee. She had been brought to the jail on charges of DWI drugs, refusal to submit to a chemical test and two charges possession of a controlled substance.
Hicks is free after posting a $10,000 bond.
