A Mountain Home man has been arrested on several sexual related charges involving juveniles. Felony counts of sexual assault in the second degree; distributing, viewing or possessing child pornography; and video voyeurism have been filed against 34-year-old William Marshall Lowry.
According to Mountain Home Police, the investigation started when a woman found photos and videos of an underage girl showering and sleeping on Lowry’s phone. Investigators were able to determine Lowry had been sharing the images to groups using an app on his phone.
It’s also alleged Lowry had sexual contact with an underage boy.
During questioning by police, Lowry admitted to the charges and told investigators “I think I need some help.”
Police say the investigation is continuing.
Lowry is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
