According to the probable cause affidavit, 911 dispatch received a report June 5 just after midnight of vandalism to a well on County Road 36 in northern Baxter County. The victim stated his son observed Lloyd on their property cutting the wires to the water well. Later that morning, a deputy responded to the same residence for a report of Lloyd threatening to shoot everyone at the residence. Multiple family members were present when the alleged threat occurred.
The victim told investigators his son awoke to the sound of a “loud boom” and found Lloyd kneeling at the well. The victim says he inspected the well and observed a destroyed wood-covered box, cut wires and a fried switch.
The victim also stated Lloyd took some ramps he was borrowing and threatened to retrieve his gun and shoot everyone. Two witnesses have corroborated the victim’s account.
Bond for Lloyd is set at $10,000.
