Another golf tournament will be held this week at three different golf courses. The third-annual Izard/Sharp County Classic is scheduled for Friday through Sunday with tee time at noon each day.
Friday’s first round action will be held at the Cherokee Village North Golf Course. The Golf Course on Turkey Mountain in Horseshoe Bend will be the site for the second round on Saturday, and the final round is set for Sunday at Cooper’s Hawk Golf Course in Melbourne.
The entry fee for the two-person shamble is $300 per team. For anyone needing a cart, there will be a fee payable to the pro shop at each course.
