The Yellville-Summit High School football team has an unusual Tuesday night outing for its first home game of the season. The Panthers are set to meet Lighthouse Christian’s junior varsity team as they come in from Springfield.
Yellville-Summit is currently 2-0 on the season. The Panthers went to Coal Hill on Friday and shut out Johnson County Westside 36-0. The J.V. Chargers’ last game was Thursday when they were blanked by Mountain Home’s freshman squad.
Even though Yellville-Summit is playing on a Tuesday, head coach Justin Crain says he still hopes to see a big crowd with the current run the team is having.

Kickoff at Panther Field is scheduled for 7.
