
JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) – Dyondre Dominguez had 18 points in Arkansas State’s 100-86 victory against Alcorn State on Tuesday.
Dominguez added nine rebounds for the Red Wolves (1-2). Taryn Todd scored 17 points while shooting 5 for 13 (3 for 7 from 3-point range) and 4 of 4 from the free throw line. Freddy Hicks had 14 points and shot 5 for 8 (1 for 4 from 3-point range) and 3 of 4 from the free throw line.
Jeremiah Kendall led the way for the Braves (1-2) with 28 points, 14 rebounds and two steals. Alcorn State also got 13 points and two steals from Jalen Hawkins. In addition, Mike Pajeaud had 12 points.
