Man from viral police beating video has his trial postponed again

The jury trial for the man who was recorded being held down and beaten by law enforcement officers outside of a convenience store in Mulberry in 2022 has once again been postponed. This time the jury trial has been postponed to July 29th.

A third motion for continuance has been granted for Randal Worcester.

Worcester is facing a felony counts of first degree terroristic threatening and battery in the second degree, as well as misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest, possessing an instrument of a crime, obstructing governmental operations and disorderly conduct.
