Two lucky players hit it big in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s Tuesday night drawing, according to lottery officials.
One of the winners scored the largest jackpot ever in the Natural State Jackpot game, taking home $680,000. The other winner snagged a $20,000 prize in the Mega Millions game. As of Wednesday morning, neither winner had stepped forward to claim their prizes.
The $680,000 winning ticket for the Natural State Jackpot was purchased at Tobacco Station USA #4 in Camden. The Mega Millions winning ticket, worth $20,000, was bought at Citgo Food Mart on Lincoln Avenue in Star City.
The Mega Millions winner matched four of the five main numbers plus the Mega Ball. Originally set at $10,000, the prize was doubled to $20,000 when the Mega Ball was drawn.
The previous highest jackpot for the Natural State game was $600,000, won in July 2024 by a resident of Jonesboro.
Lottery officials remind winners that they have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prizes.
