Due qualified to swim in the 50-yard and 100-yard backstrokes. He also has bonus events in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyles.

In addition to the Bombers, Due has swam for the Mountain Home Hurricanes AAU program and the Shark Wave Aquatic Team from Jonesboro for USA Swimming. He says he enjoys getting to go out to the pool and compete in different races.

Due recently helped the Mountain Home High School boys finish fourth in the Class 5A State Meet and broke two school records in the process. Due passed his own mark as he won the 100-yard backstroke in 53.53 seconds, and he was also second in the 50-yard freestyle in 21.76 seconds.

Coach Hope Normandy has been involved with the Bombers and the Hurricanes for a long time, and Due says he has learned a lot from her during his time as an athlete.
