The Mountain Home NJROTC came away with their second straight win in the 2025 National Air Rifle New Shooter League as they defeated Hendrickson MCJROTC 963.1-915.6. Mountain Home was led by Alyvia Hayes who shot a 258.3. The remaining contributing members were Aaron Hale, Zach Dooley, and Jalen McGalliard. The team, coached by Jason Williams, is ranked 26th with a 5-1 record.
Hendrickson, from Pflugerville, Texas, was led by Jaiden Mobley who shot a 235.4. The remaining contributing members were Alexis Heras, Velura Jackson, and Yzabel Villalobos. Hendrickson is coached by Hero Aguirre. They are ranked 13th with a mark of 3-3.
Mountain Home will next compete against ILTexas Katy Westpark from Richmond, Texas, who is current 2-3 on the season. Hendrickson has a bye week.
