Cotter, Norfork among track teams to be represented Tuesday in state meets

Several high school track teams will be in action on Tuesday as state meets get underway in Arkansas.

Classes 1A and 2A will both be held at Gurdon. Schools being represented in Class 2A include Cotter, Izard County, Mammoth Spring and Marshall. The Class 1A schoos include Norfork, Viola, Calico Rock, Timbo, Rural Special, Lead Hill and Omaha. Action at Go-Devil Stadium is scheduled for 9.

The site for the Class 3A State Meet will be Prescott. Area schools include Flippin, Yellville-Summit, Salem, Mountain View, Bergman and Valley Springs. The start time is set for 10:30.
