Bakersfield, Gainesville among area softball teams continuing district play Tuesday

High school softball makes up the local Tuesday schedule as district play continues.

Gainesville will be the site for the semifinals of the Class 1, District 4 Tournament. Bakersfield faces Plato at 4:30, and the host Lady Bulldogs take on Fordland at 6:30.

Forsyth will send its team back to Hollister for the semifinals of the Class 2, District 5 Tournament. The Lady Panthers play Clever at 5.

Ava returns to Mountain Grove for the championship game of the Class 2, District 4 Tournament. The Lady Bears will be paired with Thayer at 4:30.
