The Baxter County Fair gets underway Tuesday and several locations are offering discount fair tickets.
Monday and Tuesday, discount fair tickets can be purchased from schools in Baxter County, Flippin and Calico Rock for $1.00. Tickets can also be purchased for $1.00 at the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce. Tickets purchased at the fair cost $1.50.
Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 7, exhibits in home economics, art and photography divisions can be registered in the education building. Horticulture exhibits can be registered Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 7 in the horticulture room.
The carnival Midway starts Tuesday evening at 5 and will remain open until 9:30.
