The 24th annual Chuck Morton Junior Golf Tournament at Big Creek Golf Course in Mountain Home concluded Wednesday. The event was a 36-hole stroke play tournament with a shotgun start at 8 each morning.
In the girls 14-15 division, Laylah Bates took first place with a score of 20 over par. Ellery Hogeland finished second with a score of 34 over par.
In the girls 16-18 division, Anna Shinabery took first place with a score of 16 over par. Marcy Cooper earned runner up with a score of 20 over par.
In the boys 12-13 division, Kooper Bateman finished in first with a score of 23 over par. Jace McDougal was the runner up with a score of 30 over.
In the boys 14-15 divison, Bradley Benton and Brody Knapp tied for first with scores of 7 over par. In third place was Jack Taylor coming in at 18 over.
In the boys 16-18 division, Cody Cormican and Berkley Knapp tied for first place coming in at 1 under par. Charlie Ridings, Ian Ellison and Kobe Stout tied for third with even-to-par scores.
