Running a small business often means wearing every hat – sales, marketing, customer service, admin – all while trying to grow. In this hands-on workshop, business owners will learn how to use free AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks, create customer emails, generate marketing content, build simple follow-up systems, and reduce time spent on routine work. Participants are encouraged to bring a sample of their own business writing – such as a social post, email, or brochure – so they can practice customizing AI outputs to match their personal brand and voice. No tech experience required. Everyone will leave with AI-generated templates they can start using immediately.
*Students encouraged to bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, in addition to a sample of their own business writing.

Laura Coulter is a local business owner and former educator who teaches practical, approachable ways to use AI to save time and simplify life. With 24 years in education and a background in systems and tech, she now helps everyday people and small business owners get organized and feel more confident using tools that make a real difference.
