The Baxter County Library Tween Library Council (TwLC) involves our tween patrons in furthering the mission of the library to engage our patrons. By attending monthly meetings, the tweens are involved in promoting reading, making new friends, and having fun!
Students in 4th-6th grade are eligible to apply.
