Healthy Skin as We Age Lunch & Learn for Women
Schliemann Center for Women Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, April 29, 12pm. With speakers Jessica Russell, Medical Aesthetician and Lateesha Elliott, RN Laser Technician. As we age, our skin changes, and we may notice that it becomes thinner, no longer looking as plump and smooth as it once did. Many factors influence how aging affects your skin, including age-related, hormonal changes, and certain chronic health conditions. To maintain healthy skin, it is essential to focus on hydration, sun protection, and gentle cleansing. Please join us as we discuss ways to help our skin as we age.
