Based on historical research and video interviews with Libby Baker, Jerry Baker, and Doedy Trammell, Bomber Nation tells the story of how Mountain Home’s mascot, colors, and traditions were born. Students have written and are performing their own original play, bringing to life the spirit of the 1930s and 1940s — a time when our community’s resilience and pride laid the foundation for the heritage we carry today.
