Girls Night Out, Self Defence for Women
Schliemann Center for Women Learning Session: Girl’s Night Out: Self Defense. Tuesday, May 6th at 5:30 pm, held at WEC (Wellness Education Center, 2545 Hwy 5 North (formerly Simple Man’s). Speaker is Devin Robinson, Grandmaster, 8th Degree Black Belt. Please join us as we learn important information on how to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations. The first step is to prepare and educate yourself about personal safety and next is to resist an attack and learn how to reduce the risk of being a victim.
