The Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Education sponsors Women’s Fitness for women with Angie Bertel every Monday and Wednesday 5:30 pm at the Baxter Regional Wellness Education Center at 2545 Hwy 5 North. A high -energy, heart-pumping workout experience. Engage in powerful core-building exercises with a combination of bodyweight movements and equipment. Register at the door.
