Donating blood can save lives. The Baxter County Library will provide library fine forgiveness of up to $25 for your donation. If you do not have fines you can “pay it forward” by taking your card to the circulation desk and asking them to pay it forward. They will apply the fine forgiveness to patron’s account which has fines. Registrations are encouraged, but walk ins are welcome.
