SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) — Frank Schwindel doubled and singled three times,
driving home two runs, as NW Arkansas beat the Tulsa Drillers 11-6 on Tuesday.
NW Arkansas took the lead in the first when it put up three runs, including an
RBI double by Schwindel and an RBI single by Samir Duenez.
The Naturals later added four runs in the second, three in the third, and one
in the fifth to secure the victory.
NW Arkansas starter Yender Caramo (5-7) picked up the win despite allowing four
runs and six hits over five innings. Opposing starter Isaac Anderson (0-3) took
the loss in the Texas League game after allowing seven runs and eight hits over
1 2/3 innings.
