Heath Lindsey of Norfork appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday and entered a not guilty plea to charges stemming from an incident in which the 29-year-old Lindsey is alleged to have threatened his father-in-law with a handgun.
According to court records, a Baxter County Deputy went to an address along Ainsworth Lane on December 24th in response to a disturbance call. The deputy was told that Lindsey had “pushed” his way into the home and then pulled what was described as a “long black pistol”.
He is then alleged to have put the pistol to his father-in-law’s head threatening to kill him. Lindsey was eventually made to leave the residence and was picked up later at an apartment complex in Mountain Home.
Charges against Lindsey, who is free on $15,000 bond, include aggravated assault on a family member. He was ordered to reappear in Circuit Court January 12th.
